We have strong confidence on our products due to our strictly Quality Control Policy. if there is any quality problems, we will be willing to negotiate with you and solve the problem in any way we can including the full refund or discount on the order based on the situation.

If there is anything that products do not match the confirmed artwork, your refund will be processed

Our After-sale Guarantee Is Also Applicable To Help You Deal With Your Retailer Business, Any Products You Sold Hat Are Defect We Will Refund You:

1.With a focus on improving customer experience & further our sustainability efforts, we usually refund without asking you returning the defect products, but We reserve the right to request you to physically return the produce

2. If your refund is approved, we will offer you several options such as issue digital gift cards as reimbursement or discount on the next order or directly transfer money to you.

Not Eligible For A Refund:

1. The customer's reasons, the clothing has a problem of incorrect goods, so please make sure you double check our artwork before place your order.

2. The customer wants to change the pattern or colour of the clothing during the production, partial of products have been made.
