Confirm the Details for the design
Please check and confirm the following details for your unique design, we need to know all the details below in order to give you a most competitive quote.
1.Quantity for each size,
2.The style and pattern,
3.Fabric,
4.Design printing technique,
5.Label design,
6.Package.
Confirm the Price, sample fee and lead time
Please check and confirm the price details for your unique piece. Once you are happy with the price and lead time, we can proceed to your products artwork, our designer will walk you though with your products details such as colour, logo and other details in order to finish your artwork.
Free Artwork confirmation
We will adjust the artwork until you are satisfied, and once you confirm the artwork for the your unique design. Please make sure you also confirm the material, pantone colour, quantity and or other details on left bar of the artwork before you pay us the sample fee.
Pay sample fee and wait for the sample
We will send you a formal PI with our payment details for the samples (Sample fee can be refunded if mass order is placed).
The sample will take 5 - 10days, and then we will send you the sample picture via email, and ship out the sample to you via express carrier (3 - 5days) if you needed.
Confirm the sample and get formal PI for bulk
After you receive the samples, we will help you on adjust the artwork or remarks before mass production if there is anything you want to change.
After confirmation, you will receive a formal pi for bulk purchasing.
We support 30% deposit and 70% final payment after mass production(before shipping).
The mass production and Quality Control
When we receive your 30% deposit, your mass production will start and usually take about 14-20 days depending on the quantity.
We will send you the packing details and QC report when mass production finishes.
Pay remaining amount and Delivery
Confirm our QC report and make your final payment upon our PI. we will dispatch the goods in 3 day.
After-sale service and refund policy
As the design goods are customize order, they are not subject to any return policy. If there is a serious quality problem, please contact our service center, our custom service assistant will negotiate with you. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
